Joining us for Affiliate World Europe in Barcelona, Spain this coming 8-9 July? The good times don’t have to stop after the AWE19 evening events wind down.

We’ve put together a list of the best clubs and bars that you and your crew can party at until the sun comes up. Whether you prefer an indoor or outdoor setting, beach or city vibe, there is something for everyone. Before we dive in, here are some tips regarding Barcelona nightlife:

  • Time – On weekends, bars don’t get busy until around midnight and close around 3AM. It’s only after that they close that the clubs get busier, and these are open until 6AM.
  • Attire – For most places, the dress code is pretty laid-back, just like the city. However, for a night of clubbing, the rule of thumb would be to dress to impress! So save your beachwear, flip-flops, jerseys, and running shoes for the daytime. For guys who want to play it safe and not be turned away due to your getup, should wear black shoes rather than white, which can look too casual. Also avoid shorts and open-toed shoes at all costs! Stick to collared shirts, jeans, chinos or dress trousers. (If you aren’t sure of the dress code of a venue, it’s always best to do a quick online search to avoid any inconveniences!)
  • Transportation – Options include the metro, the bus, the night bus, and taxis. The metro runs until midnight during the week, until 2AM on Fridays, and all night on Saturdays.  Note that there is no Uber in Barcelona, but alternative car booking apps are MyTaxi and Cabify.
  • To ensure maximum enjoyment – Remember to be sensible and aware of your valuables at all times. Barcelona is generally a safe city, but as with all tourist hot spots, there are pickpockets looking for easy targets.
