Biography
James Petrellis is the co-founder of Mighty Munch, a direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand specializing in pet health. James is a 10-year industry veteran. He has learned about sustainable profitability the hard way and has gained some very insightful lessons along the journey. James is passionate about landing pages and CRO but spends most of his time strategizing how to lower customer acquisition costs, increase customer lifetime value, and lower COGS – the three most important ecommerce metrics to continually optimize for.
