This ticket admits one and is the general admission ticket that is especially for affiliate managers or representatives of an affiliate network, advertiser, traffic source, or agency. This ticket type gives you similar access as an Affiliate ticket but you'll be identified as a company, your company name, logo & description will be added on the Featured Companies page, and your logo will be printed directly on your badge.

Which ticket type is for me?

All of our tickets are packaged for a two-day conference, we do not offer one-day tickets.

Do you have one-day passes?

Do you sell tickets for only the exhibition market?

Can I buy a ticket now and choose the name of the attendee later?

You may re-assign your pass up to 48 hours before the show through our attendee portal.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

No, you will need to show a valid ID upon picking up your badge. Badges can't be shared in between or during the days of the conference.

Can I share my ticket with someone else in between days?

As laid out in our <a href="https://affiliateworldconferences.com/europe/terms-and-conditions/attendees" target="_blank">terms and conditions</a>, refunds are not allowed.

Can I get a refund if I am not able to attend?

For an invitation letter to confirm your attendance to AW Europe, you can apply in either the Attendee Portal or the Exhibitor Portal. We require you to have paid for your tickets to generate an invitation letter. 
We recommend that you check with your local government for information on required documents and arrangements you’ll need for travel to Hungary. We are unable to provide advice on your personal requirements.

I need a visa to attend, can you send me an invitation letter?

All attendees must be over the age of 18 at the time of the event, otherwise the attendee must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Such parent or guardian must also have a ticket to attend, and shall be fully responsible for that attendee.

Who can attend Affiliate World?

Purchasing an AW Dubai Affiliate ticket qualifies you to a free ticket to SiGMA Eurasia (Dubai). If you purchase the AW 2024 Affiliate Tickets Bundle, you qualify for the free SiGMA bundle which includes tickets to SiGMA Eurasia (Dubai) and SiGMA East Europe (Budapest). How many tickets are in a Company pass?

Please search your email inbox and/or spam folders for your ticket confirmation email from this address: support@tito.io. 

The emails will come from our ticketing system, Tito, from an email domain of “@tito.io”. If you do find that email in your junk/spam please try to whitelist that domain, as well as the “@awconf.com” one, as regular communication will come from there.

How can I find my confirmation email?

You will see the upgrade to an AW 2024 Ticket Bundle at checkout. Therefore you will need to click on “Buy Now” first on the ticket type that you have selected before you see the upgrade to the AW 2024 Ticket Bundle.

How can I purchase a ticket bundle?

Do you accept crypto payment?

You will need to collect your badge to be admitted to all Affiliate World events. The registration desk will be open from 4 September at the conference venue. The location will be clearly marked, just follow the signs. Timings will be announced in the schedule on our website and on the official app closer to the conference date. Bring an electronic copy of your ticket or a valid photo ID. Business cards and credit cards won’t be accepted for security reasons. Please note that the name on your ticket must match the name on your photo ID.

How do I register for the event?

You don't have to but we recommend it. You can register and collect your badge the day before the conference to avoid lines. If you have a booth, you can be there in advance to set everything up.

Do I have to arrive the day before the conference?

All panels and speeches will take place on the stage at the conference venue. These events are open to all attendees. You can find the line-up of our speakers and the schedule of stage sessions on our website closer to the event. This information can also be found on the official AW networking app.

What can I expect from the speeches and panels?

Affiliate World will host an official AW networking event, with details announced closer to the event date. During the day, there are targeted Networking Mixers on both days of AW. All networking events will be held at locations within the conference venue. The events are open to all attendees.

What other networking sessions do you have?

There will be over 380 companies participating in the marketplace. Refer to the <a href="https://affiliateworldconferences.com/europe/exhibitors">Exhibitors page</a> or app for the complete list. The marketplace will take place at the conference venue on both days (5-6 September) of the conference. This event is open to all attendees.
