This is the general admission ticket that is best suited for solo marketers. It gives you access to all key parts of the conference like the marketplace, speeches, panels, and networking sessions on days one and two of the conference.
• Company
This is the general admission ticket that is especially for affiliate managers or representatives of an affiliate network, advertiser, traffic source, or agency. This ticket type gives you similar access as an Affiliate ticket but you'll be identified as a company, your company name, logo & description will be added on the Featured Companies page, and your logo will be printed directly on your badge.

Which ticket type is for me?

All of our tickets are packaged for a two-day conference, we do not offer one-day tickets.

Our tickets include access to all aspects of Affiliate World, we do not sell marketplace-only tickets.

Do you sell tickets for only the marketplace?

Can I buy a ticket now and choose the name of the attendee later?

You may re-assign your pass up to 48 hours before the show through our <a href="https://affiliateworldconferences.com/attendee-portal/awe23/auth/login" target="_blank">attendee portal</a>.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

No, you will need to show a valid ID upon picking up your badge. Badges can't be shared in between or during the days of the conference.

Can I share my ticket with someone else in between days?

As laid out in our <a href="https://affiliateworldconferences.com/europe/terms-and-conditions/attendees" target="_blank">terms and conditions</a>, refunds are not allowed.

Can I get a refund if I am not able to attend?

For an invitation letter to confirm your attendance to AW Europe, you can apply in either the <a href="https://affiliateworldconferences.com/attendee-portal/awe23/auth/login" target="_blank">Attendee</a>, <a href="https://affiliateworldconferences.com/company-portal/awe23" target="_blank">Company</a>, or <a href="https://affiliateworldconferences.com/exhibitor-portal/awe23/auth/login" target="_blank">Exhibitor Portal</a>. We require you to have paid for your tickets to generate an invitation letter.
We recommend that you check with your local government for information on required documents and arrangements you’ll need for travel to Spain. We are unable to provide advice on your personal requirements.

I need a visa to attend, can you send me an invitation letter?

All attendees must be over the age of 18 at the time of the event, otherwise the attendee must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Such parent or guardian must also have a ticket to attend, and shall be fully responsible for that attendee.

Who can attend Affiliate World?

You will need to collect your badge to be admitted to all Affiliate World events. The registration desk will be open from 11 July at the conference venue. The location will be clearly marked, just follow the signs. Timings will be announced in the <a href="https://affiliateworldconferences.com/europe/schedule" target="_blank">schedule on our website</a> and on the <a href="https://affiliateworldconferences.com/europe/networking-app target="_blank">official app</a> closer to the conference date. Bring an electronic copy of your ticket or a valid photo ID. Business cards and credit cards won’t be accepted for security reasons. Please note that the name on your ticket must match the name on your photo ID.

How do I register for the event?

You don't have to but we recommend it. You can register and collect your badge the day before the conference to avoid lines. If you have a booth, you can be there in advance to set everything up.

Do I have to arrive the day before the conference?

All panels and speeches will take place on the stage at the conference venue. These events are open to all attendees. You can find the line-up of our speakers and the schedule of stage sessions on our website closer to the event. This information can also be found on the <a href="https://affiliateworldconferences.com/europe/networking-app" target="_blank">official AW networking app</a>.

What can I expect from the speeches and panels?

Affiliate World will host an official AW networking event, with details announced closer to the event date. During the day, there are targeted Networking Mixers on both days of AW. All networking events will be held at locations within the conference venue. The events are open to all attendees. It will be available on the <a href="https://affiliateworldconferences.com/europe/networking-app" target="_blank">official app</a> and on the <a href="https://affiliateworldconferences.com/europe/schedule" target="_blank">website</a>.
